A national scheme to support the education of minority students from Class 1 to 10 by providing financial assistance.
Benefits & Financial Support

The scholarship provides financial assistance covering admission fees (up to ₹500 p.a.), tuition fees (up to ₹350 p.m. for 10 months), and a maintenance allowance for 10 months per academic year. For hostellers, the maintenance allowance is ₹600 p.m., and for day scholars, it is ₹100 p.m. The tuition and admission fees are generally credited to the school/institute's bank account, while the maintenance allowance is disbursed directly to the student's Aadhaar-seeded bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Note: Must belong to Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, or Parsi community.

How to Apply Online
Applications are submitted online via Online. Complete eKYC, upload scanned documents, and submit before the closing date.

- 2One-Time Registration (OTR)
If you are a new user, complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process. This involves providing your Aadhaar number, personal details, mobile number, and email ID, and verifying them with OTPs. You will receive a unique 14-digit OTR ID.
- 3Login
Log in to the NSP using your OTR ID and the password created during registration. Select the academic year 2026-

Navigate to the 'Ministry of Minority Affairs' section and select the 'Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities (Classes IX & X)' from the available schemes.
