About the Program
The UP Pre-Matric Scholarship for Minority students offers financial assistance to students in Class 9 and 10 belonging to notified minority communities in Uttar Pradesh.
Benefits & Financial Support
Up to ₹3,500 per year depending on the class (9th or 10th) and student status (hosteller/day scholar) paid via Aadhaar Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Inclusions
Provides financial aid ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹3,500 per academic year
This includes monthly maintenance allowance and non-refundable fees to support secondary school education for minority communities (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Parsis, Jains).
